Mutual trust and confidence in Australia

Just the other day I blogged about the reluctance of Australia’s Courts to accept a general obligation of trust and confidence in employment agreements.

The NSW Appeal Court has now confirmed that such term can indeed be implied in what has been called a groundbreaking decision:
